On Indian servers, in a Mumbai data centre, encrypted at rest and in transit. Each institute's data is isolated, daily backups are kept 30 days, and you can export everything as CSV whenever you want. We never share or sell data.
Yes, and it is included. Send us an export or your Excel registers — students, staff, fee heads, paid amounts and balances. We load it into a test account first, you and your accountant verify the opening balances, then we go live. Typical migration takes 3 to 5 working days.
Two sessions of 90 minutes — one for the office and accounts team, one for teachers — in Hindi or English, on site or on video. After that your relationship manager sits with you through the first fee cycle. Short screen-recorded guides stay in the app for new staff.
Attendance and marks entry work offline on the teacher app and sync automatically when the connection returns. Biometric devices keep punching locally and upload later. Fee collection at the counter can be recorded offline and receipts printed once you are back online.
